I am Rajesh Naik–consultant, mentor, appraiser/assessor, trainer and author by profession. I currently live in Bangalore, and I also travel around in India for work.

My specialities are management consulting, training, assessments/ appraisals for Balanced Scorecard, CMMI, and People CMM (PCMM). I am familiar with multiple industries like IT, ITeE, Engineering, chemical, financial, and services industry

I have been helping organizations implement People CMM effectively since the year 2001, through consulting, training and assessments/ appraisals. I have conducted around 20 SCAMPI-A appraisals for People CMM since 2007.

My wife Swapna Kishore, writes fiction and non-fiction, and also supports caregivers of dementia patients in India. Her site Dementia Care Notes is possibly the most comprehensive site for caregiving of dementia patients in India (it even has a Hindi version!). She also shares personal experiences and provides dementia care support through her blog SwapnaWrites. Additional web presences include her Linkedin presence, videos on youtube, and presentations on slideshare.

My son Vipul Naik has finished his graduate studies in math at the University of Chicago, and is now in California.
